BEST DECISION
I am so pleased that I bought the larger rectangular zero water system with quick read meter as the water comes out the spigot. I keep it between my coffee maker and electric tea pot. It’s so easy to put a glass under the spigot and fill it.
The water tastes great which is why I bought a larger unit. It’s easy to clean and I use a pitcher to fill it- so easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's the first time I have ever seen a system come with its own testing stick (pictured) to make sure you know exactly when to change the filter and what you are getting with your water. It holds a ton of water and fits in my fridge fine or on the counter. The top slides open to allow easy pouring of water into the system and the filter is huge. With this filter being so large compared to the system overall, I have no doubts at all that it is filtering out anything that might be less than appealing. My water sometimes smells like dirt in the spring and this gets rid of that smell and I feel good drinking it. Amazing product!

I had a high reading of 229 before filtering through the ZeroWater 32 Cup Ready-Read 5-stage Water Filtration Dispenser and a reading of 000 after.
The ZeroWater 32 Cup Ready-Read 5-stage Water Filtration Dispenser fits neatly into my refrigerator without taking up a lot of space.
The only thing about the ZeroWater 32 Cup Ready-Read 5-stage Water Filtration Dispenser is the extremely long amount of time it takes to filter the water. It took me over two hours to get this dispenser less than half full. I have been filling it back up before it can get empty so that I'm not waiting that long again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was easy to set up. Wash the components, insert the filter and fill up. It takes some time to fill because the filter is filtering the water as you fill-up the container. I love that it holds 32 cups, so I do not have to refill it often. The TDS meter checks the levels of dissolved solids before dispensing or pouring water. It is easy to see when you need a new filter. We have well water, so this is great for us. It fits easily in my refrigerator. It saves us money since we aren't buying as much bottled water. The water tastes great and helps increase my water intake.

Great size and high quality filter/dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family of four likes the ZeroWater 32 Cup Ready-Read Water Dispenser. The spigot design is so much easier for my kids to use than the pitchers that we had been using. The 32 cup size is awesome. It is big enough that I do not need to refill it all the time and still small enough to fit in our fridge. The set up of the new dispenser was super easy. Unlike all other brands that I have used, the filter was ready to go and did not require any additional actions. This is awesome and makes ZeroWater very user friendly. Our water is questionable and the meter on this dispenser showed us the before and after, so we could see how much filtering it improved. I like that it will tell me when to change the filter because otherwise I always forget or am never sure when the right time is. I would definitely recommend this water dispenser.

Our city’s water is so high, and the Brita was not doing anything to improve the purity of our water. I am so happy with the Zero Water product, i keep adding larger sizes to accommodate our increased usage (now that the water is safe to drink). Yes, the filters are expensive, but the peace of mind is so worth it. I use them for drinking, cooking, even watering my orchids which are now thriving!

Air blocked filters

We have been using a zeroWater for over 3 years. We started with a 23 cup version and loved it until the spout broke. We then went to the 32 cup version which has a different style spout. Over the three years we have gone through over 40 filters and all worked great until this last batch of 6. We are on number 5 of the six and all 5 have air blocked, this is the first time we have experienced this issue and then to have it happen to 5 filters in a row. There is a fix for it which I’ll call the squeeze of death, but we have had to do that 4-5 times for each filter. Something tells me we either got a bad batch of filters or something has changed in their manufacturing. For the cost of these filters this should not be happening at all.
To be clear, the filtered water, when you get it is good, but the ownership experience has become lacking. When it air blocks the 32 cup dispenser only fills to the 10 cup level and that takes over almost 2 hours.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time the filter can develop an air lock, some little air pockets or air bubbles that get trapped down inside the filter. Typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock.

SoCal has the highest count of PFAS in our H2O I buy a bottle of H2O & filter it thru zero filter believe it or not but my health has improved
