Water tester not working on the new unit

Brought the new filter to replace the 4 year old one from same company, but the tester will not turn on out of box. It has battery in them, just wont turn on
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dispenser is plenty big and easy to refill. Spout is sturdy and doesn't leak, save for the occasional drip. Holds a lot of water. The meter doesn't fit very well in its base, so I test the water manually, but I'm used to doing that anyway. Overall worth the momey.

Don’t buy! Not usable

The filter is fine but the lid does not fit on the top, so the pitcher has to stay open and exposed 24/7. I do not recommend buying it. Unfortunately I’m unable to return it.

Works great, just doesn’t last very long!

We bought this a month ago and have went through 3 filters already. It seems like the water just stopped flowing and sits in the reservoir forever. I tried to hit it hoping the water would come out but end up changing the filter.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time the filter can develop an air lock, some little air pockets or air bubbles that get trapped down inside the filter. Typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock.

Love the water, but it leaks

We bough this about 2 months ago. It’s been leaking since the first time we filled it. I love the water, the filter works great. It just doesn’t matter what we do, we can’t get it to stop leaking. We can’t find any visible holes or cracks, it literally seems to be leaking at the seams. I would absolutely love it if there were no leaks.

Great….to start

I loved this for the first two weeks…after that, despite the TDS meter reading 0, my water tasted metallic and fishy. As a note- my tap water does not taste like this, so the filter is certainly adding this taste to the water.
I had 2 extra filters that did the same thing. I have never had this issue with other water filtration devices and have switched back to Brita. Unless you can afford constantly replacing the filters or do not care what your water tastes like, I do NOT recommend this brand. 0 TDS is not worth the hassle and costs.
