We purchased a 12 cup dispenser a few years ago and were very happy with it but we decided it was time to change. There wasn't anything wrong with the 12 cup, we just wanted a bigger dispenser so we wouldn't have to fill it so often. We are very happy now with our 32 cup dispenser and the nice thing about it is that it uses the same filter as the 12 cup and far fewer fillings. We would highly recommend Zero Water. Thank you Zero Water.

We have had this for over a month now and have had absolutely no issues with it. ZeroWater has always been our choice since they came out with their original pitchers. The 32-cup filter dispenser is slim but has a lot of capacity to keep my filtered water cold and ready to use from the fridge.
I mainly use it if I want a cup of water to squeeze lemon into it for drinking, powdered drink mix, or to make a big pitcher of iced tea. The dispenser nozzle doesn't drip, turns off quickly, and allows me to pour without holding on to it. When I want to make a pitcher of tea, I put an empty pitcher under the nozzle, fill it up with the filtered water, then I drop four cold-brew tea bags and within a few minutes, have tea and since the water is already cold, don't have to add ice or anything to the pitcher of tea.
I am seriously considering buying another one of these where I can put the tea bags at the bottom and just filter the water over the tea bags!

Worked awesome for a week or so. Now the water is over 100. Can’t imagine it’s the filter since it hasn’t been a month. Tried rinsing out the current filter and that didn’t do anything.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. Due to the amount of variables involved we try and stay away from using time to determine filter life, instead we use gallons, a more constant form of measurement. Filter life is based solely off of the quality of the water being filtered. The higher the tap water is in dissolved solids the shorter the filter life will be. I love my new dispenser! It does a great job filtering the water and I love that I don't have to fill it up every day like I had to do with my last water pitcher (from a different brand).
