Leaks & gives off a mothball smell. I have been trying to return the product. Waiting for a mailing label.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My water taste so fresh after running it through this filter and into the pitcher. I love that the tester has a nice spot at the spout. I’m very impressed that it hasn’t had any leaking at all since I started using it. The water turned off quickly after you turn the power off

Product has poor design

I bought it 2 months ago I'm not very happy with it, the filtration doesn't last for very long, it's a poor design you have to fill up many times to get a full container it should have been designed so that the water level and the filtered water level would be the same size container. I will never buy it again and I will not recommend it to any of my friends or family.

I feel the water does not go through the filter fast enough. And you can never fill the pitcher with water. It will only fill part way.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time the filter can develop an air lock, some little air pockets or air bubbles that get trapped down inside the filter. Typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock.

We hate the spigot, it's hard to use one handed and really clunky. It stays in the upright position and you push it down to dispense, which feels backwards to us. Or that that is a great system and the water tastes great!
I would recommend this to a friend!
