If you just want to listen to the music them they are ok; if you need to use it as a Bluetooth to talk, they are the worst. Save money and time; don't buy

These earbuds have a slim profile that sound very clear with plenty of bass response.
I bought a second set this time ( a different colour) on a discounted sale that was too good to pass up.
Senheiser headphones & earbuds are my favorite Brand to own.

Very disappointing. The earphones are not comfortable to wear and hurt my ears after a short time. The noise cancellation is also poor and does not block out much background noise. Overall, the quality did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend them.

The price was attractive, especially since I got them during the Summer Sales. They worked perfectly on the first day, but problems emerged by day two. Immediately after my first phone call, the earbuds started repeatedly announcing "The call ended" every few minutes while I was watching YouTube on my iPhone. Additionally, the touch controls on both earbuds malfunctioned—every tap only triggered a "Muted" response, and no other functions would activate. I tried placing them back in the case and reinserting them, but the issue persisted. After a few hours, I put them in the case once more, and they seemed to recover.
Beyond the technical glitches, I found the design quite unfriendly—the shape makes them difficult to handle and awkward to tap accurately. I own several other earbuds from Sony and Jabra with different fit modes, and these are by far the worst in terms of ear comfort and stability. Given all these issues, I didn't feel confident keeping them, so I returned them to Best Buy.
