Doesn't worth it

I bought this last night for my daughter to use when commuting, she was furious after using it, these are her words "They don't noise cancel anything. I can hear everything. I can hear people talking on the bus. I can hear the engine. I can hear the bus noises. They suck" and apparently the touch sensor is so sensitive that it kept pausing the music or interrupting it
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So Large, Won't Stay in Ears

I have previously loved this brand, but these are huge and will not stay in my ears, therefore making them useless. I returned them and went with a different brand which was really disappointing because I had loved my True Wireless earbuds I previously owned. They stayed in my ears no problem. I am not happy that they can no longer be purchased @ Best Buy but only through third parties advertised on the Best Buy website.

Headphones seem fine but there is like a echo background noise during phone calls. Like my ear is inside of a shell

Major Connection Issues

First Pair i got sounded great when I first tried them at home, however as soon as I wore them outside it was nothing but issues. In a 5 minute walk from my truck to school the audio would not stop disconnecting, popping and cracking throughout my walk. I tried all the recommended fixes like moving my phone location on my body and redownloading firmware updates and it didn't fix it. Returned the first pair and exchanged for another and all the same issues as before are happening. Good for indoor use but god forbid you take them outside just your hand will block all signal to these ear buds. With the price point these are at it is absolutely unacceptable especially when all other brands I've used before have never had this issue.
