[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It may sound silly but it is wonderful to have a dishwasher that actually cleans dishes! And my large Tervis cups can fit on the middle rack. The third rack is a life changer for sure!

Better than expected!

This new Frigidaire is very quiet, gets the dishes clean, and does a good job of drying. I no longer have to run the dishwasher when leaving my house. Maybe this unit broke the cycle of dishwashers being my nemesis.

Decent dishwasher

Not good as expected

I am not happy with this dishwasher. It is not doing a jib as expected from brand new appliance. Dishes are ok after normal circle but glasses are terrible. I tried different setting, right dishwasher supply nothing really works. Honestly so disappointed, missing my old dishwasher even after 20 years was doing great job with short circle.
Still not giving up and looking for different tips and recommendations but it should be so hard to set up dishwasher for a nice wash.

We never like to see our family unhappy with their appliance or the service provided. We would love it if you gave us another chance to possibly make things better. For not cleaning issue, we recommend for you to check if the dishes streaked or is their soil left on the dishes. If yes, streaking indicates a rinse aid is needed or you may have hard water. Clean your Dishwasher by: OPTION 1: Run an empty cycle with the PowerPlus or Heavy Cycle and Santize Option. OPTION 2: Pour 1 cup of white vinegar directly into the tub and run an empty cycle. (DO NOT add detergent). Items should be loaded properly, this will help me determine if it's a general issue or in a particular rack. Large items on the
bottom rack. Small items on top rack. There should be space between the items to allow water flow. Pans, cups, and dishes shouldbe loaded facing down. Utensils should not be nested. The spray arms should not be blocked allowing them to rotate freely. Please check if there is water in the bottom of the tub. Check the following are installed correctly: 1.Water Supply Hose 2.Drain Hose 3.Filter has been cleaned out.
