[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great features. Cleans well. Unfortunately it errors out every other load and doesn't finish until prompted to do so.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this dishwasher for less 6 months, and it just started giving us an i20 error code. I've used a shop vac to clean out any standing water left in the bottom of the dishwasher and done my best to get any debris from the drain in the bottom. When I've done this, the dishwasher works fine again for 3 or 4 days, but then the error code comes back. This has happened twice before and then again this morning. Very frustrating since this is a brand new machine.

Hi there! We apologize that this has been your experience with your new appliance for such a short time. Here are the things you should check:
The knockout plug in the disposer has been removed. The drain hose is not blocked or obstructed. The drain hose is not Pinched or restricted. The drain hose is at the correct height, a minimum of 32" from the floor. The filters and sump are clear of any food soil.
Pressing the cancel button, turning power off at the breaker, or unplugging the dishwasher for 3 minutes. In the event that the tips provided do not resolve your concerns, please connect with us via live chat or by phone at 1-800-374-4432. Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–8 p.m. EST, and we will be happy to assist.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is quiet and cleans well. The cycle time is quite long. Being so quiet it isn't bothersome even with the kitchen open to the living room. The only thing we have noticed is the dishes don't completely dry especially glasses with slight bottom depressions.
Does a good job washing the dishes but the drying system is terrible. There is always moisture on the inside door & walls when I open to unload and there are slightly wet dishes. Especially on the top rack. I'm disappointed and stuck with a not so great dishwasher!

Hello, Valued Consumer!
We are deeply sorry to hear that the appliance falls short of your expectations. We value your input and want to make sure you only have good experiences with us moving ahead. For not drying issue, nested dishes and silverware will not dry properly. Plastics will not dry completely (such as tupperware). Top Rack should be used for smaller items. Bottom Rack should be used for large items. NOTE: Plastics will not completely dry. If able, when cycle completes, open door for a few seconds to allow steam & moisture to escape and reduce wetness inside. Also, rinse aid improves dryin, reduces water spots and filming. With it water sheets off dishes rather than forming water droplet. In some models, you can adjust rinse aid levels. In order to improve drying performance, it is necessary to have Rinse Aid in the dispenser. There should be a small window indicating how much Rinse Aid is in your dispenser. Adjusting the dispensers setting, may help improve drying performance. Your water heater should be set to a minimum of 120 degrees. If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us via Live Chat or call us at 1-800-374-4432 Monday-Friday 8:30 am-8 pm EST and we will dive right in.
