Great Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed to buy a new dishwasher and this one was affordable and had decent features compared to the last one we had. The machine is very quiet and has done a remarkable job. There is plenty of space but a weird layout if you don’t follow the manufacture recommended load pattern. The cycles are quite long, but does an excellent job.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not what I was hoping for. I thought a 3rd rack would be handy, but items don't get clean. The heavy-duty cycle is 2 hours long and still doesn't get my dishes clean. The soap dispenser broke 4 months in to use and trying to get it fixed has not been an easy task.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn't fully dry the dishes.. I'm not sure why. I've tried reading into it and can't figure it out. I also feel like some sort of film is left on the dishes but that could be the tabs I use. I like the different shelves although I don't understand what the top shelf is for

Rinse aid improves drying, reduces water spots, and prevents filming. With it, water sheets off dishes rather than forming droplets. In some models, you can adjust rinse aid levels. Sometimes the capsules aren't fully consumed by the machine and I can see leftovers but I've seen this in other machines as well.
