Really disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG my house came with bit the dust and I did a lot of research before deciding on this dishwasher. I've had it about a month now... haven't even made the first payment yet and I'm very disappointed in it. The washer never seems to dry correctly, leaving spots and water on everything (yes I am using rinse aid, yes I read the manual and UPPED the amount of rinse aid it was using). I have to pull out a dish towel and manually dry most things that come out of it. Also the third drawer for flatware is kind of a joke, and mostly just collects water. The silverware basket inside the main lower basket is poorly designed, and gets caught on the side of the diswaher when you are trying to push the lower basket in. You have to tip the silverware basket forward every time. Also the lower and upper basket have tines that stick up and they are all virtually the same size. It's easy to load flat dishes and small bowls, but different size bowls or dishes that have a concave shape are hard to get in there. Pots and pans are a nightmare. All in all, I wish I had not bought this dishwasher. I am very unhappy with it and it looks like I'm stuck with it for an unspecified amount of time.

To get the best results when using the dishwasher, ensure not to overcrowd your dish racks to allow proper water and heat to flow through the appliance. And always make sure that the items are loaded properly. Large items on the bottom rack, small items on the top rack; there should be space between the items to allow water to flow. Pans, cups, and dishes should be loaded facing down. Utensils should not be nested. The spray arms should not be blocked, allowing them to rotate freely. And you can also select the NORMAL WASH and HI-TEMP WASH pads along with a Rinse Aid agent for improved drying performance. If the issue still persists, please contact us at 1-800-374-4432. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dishwasher after our current one stopped cleaning the dishes and the heating element broke. We needed to replace it quickly so we did limited research. We found this model advertised with a great sale, read reviews and ordered it without being able to see it. We are so pleased with this dishwasher! It is very quiet, offers many loading options for various dishes and cooking utensils. And with adding JetDry we can use the eco wash setting with air dry and the dishes still wash and dry amazingly. We would purchase this dishwasher again and recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! The only problem is that it doesn't dry as well as my old one but that may be corrected by changing the way I'm loading it. I hope so! It's VERY quiet and love the third tray. The SS interior is the only way to go and the SS exterior always looks great and does not show prints at all. Highly recommended!
