A happy Frigidaire customer

We bought the dishwasher about 3 weeks ago and love it. It simply doesn't make much noise, in fact we have to get up and check it to see if it is still running!
The only thing about it is the bottom rack that holds the dishes, it is way different than our last machine and we are having to figure out how to load it. The slots for the dishes are smaller than what we are used to but otherwise it works very well.

Great look. Easy panel to select wash types. Easy to install. Very quiet and good purchase price. Wry happy with this purchase, it checked all the boxes.

Dishes and Dishwasher remain wet / cold

Bought this dishwasher last month .. but not very impressed with this performance of dishwasher. We have washed few times and observed the water in the dishwasher and on utensils after heavy and or normal
wash cycle.

Regarding your concern, Cycle times are approximate and will vary with
options selected. Hot water is necessary to activate dishwasher detergent and melt fatty food soils. An automatic sensor will check the incoming
water temperature and, if it is not hot enough, the cycle will be lengthened for automatic water heating in the main wash and final rinse of all cycles. This happens even when HI-TEMP WASH option has not been selected. When HI-TEMP WASH
is selected, an even higher temperature will be reached to handle heavier soil loads.

Disappointing

This product works as supposed too, but I am disappointed in the style of trays. I find it awkward to place items in to sit properly. I don’t like that there is no light cycle for smaller loads. It is a little noisy while working but does a great job cleaning and no spots on glasses! My fault for not looking closer at cycle options available

Small Fixes

I was giving it from my parents for Christmas. It was a wonderful gift. We installed in a couple weeks later. Super easy to install. I just would like maybe some different / more features. I also think that the top top rack is useless. It never gets cleaned good. I don't use it. The spray hards don't reach anything. Other then that overall great

Quiet! But isn’t working well.

This dishwasher is exceptionally quiet. However, it takes almost 4 hrs to run on a normal setting and does not do a good job of drying. The dishes and the sides of the dishwasher are dripping with water after the end of the cycle. We’ve tried both the heat and air dry options and get the same result. We are also seeing a lot of soap scum residue on the dishes. We’re going to give it a few more chances on different settings but are considering returning it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's disappointing that you're experiencing water drips and soap scum residue. If you haven't already, we recommend checking the dishwasher's filter and ensuring that you're using the correct amount of detergent for your water hardness level. Sometimes, adjusting the wash settings or experimenting with rinse aid can improve the drying and residue issues. Also, using too much detergent can cause residue to remain on dishes. Try reducing the amount of detergent or switch to a different brand designed for your specific water hardness level.
