[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The noise level reduction from our previous Frigidaire dish washer is substantial. You don't even know it's running. Dishes are clean. Appliance looks great. Drying at either setting leaves a lot to be desired.

Good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall happy, but have found a few that mes it did not clean as well as our former dishwasher. Practically have to wash the dishes before loading. Can’t overload. Still trying settings that work best.

Hi Newyorksk8r! For us, it’s essential to hear how our products are performing. For best cleaning results with full loads (depending on the soil level), we recommend using Normal or Heavy Wash cycles along with High Temp or Sanitize wash temperature and the Heat Dry. Check to ensure your water heater is set to a minimum of 120 degrees but not greater than 130 degrees. You will also want to ensure that the detergent dispenser is not blocked and can freely open during the cycle. Good except for the cutlery holder and heat dry.

This one works quite well to get the job done. There are two design flaws that need tinkering by the owner and fixing by Frigidaire. 1. The cutlery holder has no tight place designed to be put into so it's floppy and rattles around. 2. Heat dry needs more power. To overcome excessive wetness after dry mode: follow instructions to start with hot water in the sink faucet; use rinse aid; and reduce including plastic tupperware if this bugs you. Do most of it by hand. OT: Some strong rinse aids will etch your glassware. I use a natural type which does not:)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] very nice product with usage features tucked inside top frame so nothing to see or clean from the outside. So far so good. The other one we own is quite a bit more sturdy as had no problems.
