Don't buy this dishwasher it is not worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this dishwasher installed on 9/12/2024. The first cycle the dishes were soaking wet despite having the heated dry option selected. The next cycle same issue. Third time we tried air dry and it was slightly better but still wet. Called the company 6 days after install and he stated that there is no heat dry on the model. But yet the option is there. The silverware basket is too big and bulky. The racks are poorly designed. No real place to put pans or casserole dishes without laying them flat which takes up a lot of space. The pegs on the upper rack are slanted too much to hold dishes up properly. The run time on this unit is extremely long. Really wish I hadn't purchased this unit.

Select the heat-dry option.
Make sure the rinse aid dispenser is filled.
Increase the discharge setting of the rinse aid. (See Rinse Aid).
Check the incoming water temperature. Be sure it is at least 120°F (49°C).
Check for proper loading—avoid nesting items. • Plastic items may need to be towel dried.
Cups with a concave bottom will collect water. Load them at the far left of the upper rack so they will be held in a tilted position.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher after moving. We previously had a Gallery version of it in our old house, which did have a few nicer features than this one does, such as rubbery holders for wine glasses and such. This model has an upper silverware tray as well as a traditional silverware basket - the downside is that if you take the silverware basket out, there's not really any functional space that's gained due to the design and placement of the bottom rack's prongs. This dishwasher does a good job cleaning, is quiet, and looks great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used frigidare appliances for about 8 years. I just moved and had to leave my appliances behind. New home had another brand and great working appliances. I just did not like some features and had to replace with firgidare dishwasher. The interior design hold so much more and can use the top rack for rubber ware as it should be used. Only thing I miss is the light on the bottom letting me know it's done.

Not what I expected from Frididaire!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this unit for just short of 1 year. I has been a total disappointment. It does not clean as well as my old Samsung (which I hated) and NOW it won't stop running! I went to do a load of dishes yesterday and it got stuck in some mode and the motor won't stop. The only way to shut it down is to turn off the breaker which also controls our fridge.
