This machine is very fragile. It feels like it will break if looked at sidewise. The racks muct be pulled exactly from the centre or they will jam. The wine glass section takes up too much room and true planning is needed to fit anything under the wine glasses. the utensils in the upper rack do not dry properly or completely. The alignment of the posts in upper rack provides for a minimum of larger utensils. I hope it lasts as long as the extended warranty. Basically it a a very fragile machine and the manufacturer can not be proud of it's product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’ve had the dishwasher for a few weeks and I’m still loving it. I’m really happy with the 3rd rack. I can easily fit large loads- dishes, pots, and all! It runs quietly.
