poor performance

This is the worst dishwasher I have ever owned. Every item that is placed in the dishwasher has to be prewashed and wiped clean for any hope of that item coming out clean. Fort the last 6 months I have tried different cycles and placement of items in the racks. Nothing helps. Before any comments blame my water temp, hardness or water pressure, please note I had no issues with my previous unit. I would never recommend this unit to anyone and would pay somebody to take it off my hands. It is useless.

Buyers remorse

It cleans. Very slowly. The energy saver cycle is 82 minutes and does not heat dry the dishes. The normal cycle is 162 minutes. Our previous dishwasher took 60 minutes with a heated dry.

Great dishwasher but lacks bottom floor light to indicate status which is needed.

Quiet dishwasher and works great but very disapointed it does not have a bottom floor light to indicate status. With the panel mounted and door closed you are not able to see the display or status.

Frodgiaire dishwasher

It's ok have had other brands that were cheaper and worked better. It’s always wet inside even with the heat dry I find it smells if I don’t leave the door open after cycling is done. The 3rd rack isn’t that useful to us. I’m not sold on this dishwasher I find the cycles are so long, how is this energy efficient if it takes 2 to 4 hours for each cycle

Regarding moisture inside the dishwasher, it is normal for some condensation to remain after a cycle, especially with energy-efficient models that use lower heat during drying. To help improve drying performance, we recommend using a rinse aid, selecting the Heat Dry or Max Dry option (if available), and allowing the unit to sit for a short period before unloading. Leaving the door slightly ajar afterward can also help release residual moisture and prevent odors. We understand that cycle length can seem longer compared to older models. Many newer dishwashers are designed to use less water and energy, which can result in extended cycle times as the unit cleans more efficiently at lower temperatures. So far so good

Have had this for almost a year now. I like having the extra top rack, I put my larger cutlery up there. I do find the basket for cutlery gets caught on the side of the dishwasher when I push the bottom rack in, I have to pull the basket to the opposite side to slide the rack in. I had to get my builder to cut a hole in my toe kick for the vent of the dishwasher which is something I'm not used to, so now the vent piece pops out every so often.

Remplace modèles FGID2474 QFIB acheté en 2014 suite problème porte qui ne retenait plus entr’ouverte coût de remplacement trop élevé. La cuve etait en inox contrairement au même modèle actuel avec cuve en l’astique. Temps de lavage minimum actuel trop l
