Somewhat disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thrilled by the quietness of this dishwasher but am very disappointed in the upper rack and its lack of cleaning ability for utensils. Also the fingerprint less front leaves something to be desired.

The Cutlery Tray (third level rack) is designed for flatware and most cooking or serving utensils. A good tip to follow is that heavily soiled utensils or items with baked on foods should be placed in the upper rack or silverware basket for best washing performance. No Dishwasher soap dispensing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher a month ago for our new home. I am sadly disappointed. The soap dispenser door rarely opens so dishes do not get clean. The third tray on top is not worth it as items placed there are never clean. Also the dishes hardly dry and I end up wiping them all before I put them away.

There are a few quick tips that can help with the cleaning and drying of your dishwasher! The third level rack (the very top rack) is designed for flatware and most cooking/serving utensils. Heavy soiled items should be placed in the normal upper rack or silverware basket for best washing performance. You can run an empty cycle to see if the detergent door opens. If it does open during the empty cycle, there may be a dish blocking the dispenser door from opening during a regular cycle. Dry dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best feature of this washer is how quiet it is. It does dry the dishes well too. I'm very happy with it overall and the third rack is very handy. The worst part is the bottom tray layout. My dishes don't fit well, so I sometimes feel like i don't get a full load. The extra dishes just have to wait for the next cycle!

Great washer for glassware and ceramics

The only down side is that the drying process does not completely dry all my dishes. Plastic storage containers always have water on them when it's time to take them out of the dishwasher. But I so really love all the wash cycle options and am glad I can wash China and crystal.

Stainless steel tub

My dishes have never gotten cleaner and come out super dry. It’s the quietest dishwasher I’ve ever owned and most of the time my husband and I don’t even realize it’s running. It was also easy to install as my husband and I installed it ourselves.

Great dishwasher and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the dishwasher died, I was looking for an upgrade for replacing it, without breaking the bank. This Frigidaire was highly rated and seemed to fit the bill. No regrets at all. Everything comes out clean, and even more impressive dry. No more opening the dishwasher and pulling racks out so things could finish drying. The third rack is also very useful. The first couple of loads I was unsure if it was actually running, it is virtually silent. I can hear the water running when it fills, or hear it drain through the sink drain, otherwise I really have to listen to know it's running,
