Wet & Not Everything Clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher has a lot of great features; 3rd rack for silverware (don't have to bend over to reach right side silverware rack), 2nd rack moves up so big stuff can be loaded in the bottom.....but the drying fan doesn’t get all dishes dry even though suggested Cascade tabs & rinse aid in use. Didn't know our hot water had to be really hot to make the difference in performance. Our water heater is to far away & not hot enough. Top rack silverware doesn't always come out clean. It is VERY quiet

Water entering dishwasher should be at least 120°F (49°C) to give satisfactory results. Fantastic

Quiet and good features

Good feature, the 3rd rack is very useful for silver wares and chopsticks.
Stainless still inside.
The stainless exterior was not good, has lots of marks after removed the protecting film and could not wipe off, make the appearance not so good.

Somewhat disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thrilled by the quietness of this dishwasher but am very disappointed in the upper rack and its lack of cleaning ability for utensils. Also the fingerprint less front leaves something to be desired.

The Cutlery Tray (third level rack) is designed for flatware and most cooking or serving utensils. A good tip to follow is that heavily soiled utensils or items with baked on foods should be placed in the upper rack or silverware basket for best washing performance. No Dishwasher soap dispensing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher a month ago for our new home. I am sadly disappointed. The soap dispenser door rarely opens so dishes do not get clean. The third tray on top is not worth it as items placed there are never clean. Also the dishes hardly dry and I end up wiping them all before I put them away.

There are a few quick tips that can help with the cleaning and drying of your dishwasher! The third level rack (the very top rack) is designed for flatware and most cooking/serving utensils. Heavy soiled items should be placed in the normal upper rack or silverware basket for best washing performance. You can run an empty cycle to see if the detergent door opens. If it does open during the empty cycle, there may be a dish blocking the dispenser door from opening during a regular cycle. Dry dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best feature of this washer is how quiet it is. It does dry the dishes well too. I'm very happy with it overall and the third rack is very handy. The worst part is the bottom tray layout. My dishes don't fit well, so I sometimes feel like i don't get a full load. The extra dishes just have to wait for the next cycle!
