Broken after only a few months

Started out really well but after only 8 months the machine is broken and the touchscreen panel has no lights. The machine has power but the panel doesn’t function. Spent hours on phone to get the machine changed as it was still under warranty and a technician came out to fix the unit. He didn’t have the right parts and I haven’t heard anything for over a week. Very disappointing when you consider this is a high end machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not finish it’s cycle

I bought it 2 weeks ago and it never rinced after a normal cycle. Getting a replacement this week. Hope it works.

Quiet but…

I replaced an older model of the same dishwasher due to an issue with the drain sensor. Only 6 months in and we get the same error code and have to replace the sensor in this one
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Product not as advertised.

Have been using the dishwasher for two weeks now, and the product is not as advertised. The pros - great cleaning results using just the energy cycle, selecting spray not surge, and normal water temperature (we’ve always pre rinsed dishes). Really like the third rack for cutlery and small items - makes more room on the lower rack by removing the cutlery basket. Like the stainless steel interior. Using only dishwasher tabs, they dissolve quickly so haven’t had to place them inside the main tub, the dispenser works fine. Other comments have beer negative on drying results, found that using energy saving cycle, making sure the water is hot when starting, using jet dry, and don’t open the door for at least 30 minutes after the dishwasher is done, dishes come out dry without any extra heating element. The other comment about flimsy racks is true, but taking a moment to slide them in, without forcing, works.
Cons - noise. The machine is advertised as quiet 49 db. Nosier than our previous two dishwashers as there is virtually no noticeable sound insulation. Don’t like to use the other wash cycles or the surge setting, as every other cycle (haven’t used the china setting) runs much longer than energy saver, and surge makes more noise, especially water running and intermittent banging sounds. Plus, if you plan to install yourself, follow the instructions, tried to simplify the process by installing the way I had installed previous dishwashers, and the space tolerances for the drain line, water line and electrical for this model are very unforgiving.
I wouldn’t recommend the dishwasher solely on the noise it makes. If noise isn’t a concern, then it does a great job at cleaning.
