Not satisfied at all, stays wet inside, mediocre product

Thought I was upgrading when we bought it. Not so....stays wet, have to leave door open to dry, otherwise it smells as humidity kicks in. Used all types of cycles still happens. Had it since November 2020, very disappointed. Installation not complicated, but product function not good.

Simple ( I did not buy top of the line )but exceeds my expectations

So quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed to replace our 13 yr old Frigidaire dishwasher and decided on same brand. It's very quiet and having stainless steel interior much superior to former noisy and plastic predecessor. We chose 3 rack model but flatware 3rd rack doesn't glide smoothly. Feels awkward. The other 2 racks slide out better but wouldn't describe as gliding. The display can only be seen or buttons used with open door due the small countertop overhang of 1" which seems common. Otherwise washes and dries well while being very quiet. Thus giving 4 of out 5 stars.

Quiet, Cleans Well, Installation Horrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve run it three times and it works well. The third rack only gets tough things cleaned if there is nothing below it.
Installation was the problem. We replaced an older Frigidaire and you can tell the cuts in quality they made on all the hookups. The new water hookup is plastic instead of metal and the hookup is in the front so the water line has to reach a few extra feet to attach. And let’s not talk about the need for a 90 deg bend piece that you must use to attach the waterline but wasn’t included. For the electric It was weird, just a bunch of wires on the bottom with no protection. So whether you do direct line or put on a plug you need to provide your own junction box as well. Last problem was the front feet which can only be adjusted by (this is per the directions) by stabbing the feet with a screwdriver and turning it by hitting it with a hammer or something. Coming from the factory all of the fittings are pretty tight and it is a small area so this was a bloody-knuckle task. I spent a solid hour and a couple of band-aids just to get a few rotations to level it up. All in all, this model is too expensive for the features and the fact it robs hours of your life or you have to pay extra for installation.
