[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought it about one month ago and love it. Has energy savor or heavy wash and we love the third tray!!

Great to hear from you, Shannon0728!
The energy saver mode is a quick and great cycle for lightly soiled pre-rinsed dishes and silverware. Please reach out to us if you need any assistance. -Bianca

Nice but Flimsy

Nice dishwasher, but be careful installing it the shell is super thin and flimsy. It seems to work fine, but the spray arm falls off easily. Not the most robust unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this about 4mths. It doesn't clean food off well at all & takes WAYto long for the cycle to run. Don't think i will be buying another one.

Hello, Trouble1monty. Thanks for sharing your experience. We feel bad to hear you’re not happy with your new dishwasher’s cleaning performance. Here are a couple of things to keep in mind with your new dishwasher.
Cycle times are approximate and will vary with the options selected. Hot water is necessary to activate dishwasher detergent and melt fatty food soils. An automatic sensor will check the incoming water temperature and, if it is not hot enough, the cycle will be lengthened and may affect the cleaning or drying process. The recommended temperature should be 120°F (49°C), and the water pressure should be 20 to 120 pounds per square (psi).
Check out pages 8-10 of your model’s “Use & Care” guide on helpful tips about your dishwasher’s wash times and ways to improve your dishwasher’s cleaning power. If you have any additional questions, please join us on live chat. We’ll be happy to help! -Derrick
