Quiet but controls lack accessibility

I bought this dishwasher about a month ago. On the positive side, I found it very quiet and the utensils clean. On the negative side I find it necessary to open the dishwasher door to check the status. The control and current display are "hidden". This means they are not accessible unless the dishwasher door is open. I find this very awkward when you want to know the current state of the machine while it is running. On another note, the review guidelines are blocking me from writing this review. It seems whomever wrote this screen needs to do a make over.

Still doesn’t complete a cycle without error codes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dishwasher in hopes of actually having a working dishwasher. What I received was a finicky appliance that I’ve already had to have looked at under the warranty for it displaying error codes. The dishwasher works great...for about an hour before it displays an error code stating that the drain line or filter has a problem. The filter is very clean, as I’ve only used it for three cycles at this point. The drain hose has been installed as per guidance from a warranty technician...and it still has issues. The code goes away and it finished a cycle once I’ve intervened two to four times...but I can’t just set it into action and expect it to clean my dishes. Very frustrated with this nice-looking, but poor-functioning appliance.

Not built as well as my model in another property but good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] very nice product with usage features tucked inside top frame so nothing to see or clean from the outside. So far so good. The other one we own is quite a bit more sturdy as had no problems.

Good except for the cutlery holder and heat dry.

This one works quite well to get the job done. There are two design flaws that need tinkering by the owner and fixing by Frigidaire. 1. The cutlery holder has no tight place designed to be put into so it's floppy and rattles around. 2. Heat dry needs more power. To overcome excessive wetness after dry mode: follow instructions to start with hot water in the sink faucet; use rinse aid; and reduce including plastic tupperware if this bugs you. Do most of it by hand. OT: Some strong rinse aids will etch your glassware. I use a natural type which does not:)

Quick Dry

A little disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought about 2 months ago. The dishwasher takes too long to run a normal cycle....156 minutes. It does not dry the dishes if I choose energy saver option

We appreciate the quick feedback. The time you have listed is on the lower end of the time range of the normal cycle provided within the owner's manual, under cycle chart. If you would prefer to use the shorter cycle and have trouble with drying dishes, we would recommend the continued use of rinse aid to improve the drying performance.

So Quiet!
