Defective when unboxed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher ran for over 5 hours, until I unplugged it. At least warranty service showed up quickly, to order replacement parts for it. Racks feel cheap, drain pump overwhelms air gap causing water to drain on the countertop, and overall, I don't expect this unit to make it to 5 years.

Great dishwasher that won’t break the bank!

We decided on this one because we wanted something without a handle on the front and wanted a 3rd rack since we had one previously. This was priced in the middle between the cheap ones and the really high end. It has been great so far. It has a beautiful stainless steel finish that wipes clean easily! First time buying Frigidaire and so far extremely pleased with the experience and the appliances.

eh, OK, but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher is really quiet especially compared to the 1970 one that came with the house. I would have liked to have the bottom basket of spikes to be able to lay down flat for large items. When canning, I like to sterile jars, utensils and larger items and it's very awkward trying to fit those large items between the spikes. The stainless steel interior is nice. The old one was plastic.

The worst dishwasher I’ve ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher does not get hot at all, so dishes are not being washed in hot water. This dishwasher also does not dry any dishes. Almost everything is still wet after a load, regardless of the material. The third row is the worst as absolutely nothing gets dry up there. In addition to the poor functionality, this dishwasher is also very poorly designed. The diagonal slant of the tines and the spacing between them makes it very difficult to fit things in in any efficient manner. This purchase will be our last Frigidaire purchase. I wouldn’t recommend this dishwasher to anyone.
