Not as Good as promoted

First off I will tell you that we are a household of 2 people- & not inexperienced. I rinse/wipe everything off before putting it in the the dishwasher. Always have, always will. The dishwasher came with a slight door dent which, I pulled out with a suction cup. There is a small permanent dent on the inside of the door near the top. I kindly entered average but this machine doesn't hold a candle to our 14 yr old Kitchen Aid machine which we replaced - the door was black.. The machine interior is not well laid out. The 3rd (top pull out) in the end is useless- utensils come out water marked.. The basket, which the past machine mentioned, had a designated square for each knife/fork spoon, utensil etc.& cleaned everything. Your basket should be cut back one section away from the door which would leave space for a small bowl/plate. Your unit takes 180 minutes full cycle- everything including drying was 1/2 that time with the Kitchen Aid & things were not wet at finish time. I've tried cycle alternatives without success - I now use normal, high heat & heat dry which seems to work better but not great. Please don't tell me it's installed wrong or there is no rinse aid etc. - it's just not as good as what was taken out.

Love the 3rd rack!

I did a lot of research before buying this dishwasher. I really wanted a third rack and that was top in my search along with a stainless steel drum. The dishwasher was easy to install and cleans very well. I find that if you don’t use rinse aid things aren’t quite 100% dry. The top two drawers slide in and out well but the bottom one falls off the track easily and you have to be very careful each time you slide it out.
