[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher. It’s quiet and works well. The only thing I don’t like is that it takes 2 hours to complete a cycle but I think that’s normal for newer dishwashers.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new dishwasher. It is so quiet, I can run it while I’m entertaining at the kitchen island. The third top rack is great for my silverware, making extra space in the bottom rack.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having used it for a month I have formed an opinion. The number of spray arms is a plus and the dishwasher does a good job of cleaning. I have stopped pre-rinsing to try and make it fail, nope, did a great job. The third rack for us is a huge plus as we always have a lot of utensils.
Even with three rack levels, there is significantly more room in this version than our 2012. The height on the second rack is more than our 2012 had on the first. The room comes from a deeper tub. Our 2012 version had about six inches from the floor to the tub. 2021 the tub is nearly to the floor.
Another feature proving the machine was thought through is the adjustable height front door. The door adjustment moves the door front up or down independent of the chassis providing the perfect fit and look.
A few minor annoying items. Installing this unit was aggravating because the tub leaves no room for the water supply or power. A small track space on each side under the tub is difficult to install services and then push back into the cabinet.
Placing the machine into delay wash, and then opening the door, stops the delay timer. Before closing the door the start button needs to be pushed again. It should not stop the cycle just opening the door, cancel should only do that.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a Gallery of about 6 years bc of leaking and not really cleaning well, with this “upgraded” model. Bottom tray wheels might as well be square, everything catches the sides when sliding back in. Top utensil tray is a waste space, and prevents putting anything medium sized in the top. And now it’s throwing some code and I’m having to deal with customer service to see about the repair/warranty. I didn’t love it in the store, but having all Gallery appliances already, my choices were limited. Side note, refrigerator in door ice quit working after 6 months, the oven has a loose fan that now sounds like V8 in our kitchen, and lastly, the microwave, works fine, but yet again design team decided not need for internal light, so we can’t do the simple thing of seeing if something is boiling over without opening the door. Give me $5,000 reward just to replace this crap please. House built in 2013 with Gallery edition appliances and every unit has an issue.
