Stopped draining after two months

We bought this new two months ago and it has stopped draining the water. We have followed all the recommended trouble shooting suggestions and now will need to call for service under warranty.
Maybe this is a one off but based on this I’d be hesitant to recommend.

Good unit

Good dishwasher, install went fairly smoothly and the unit does it's job well. I have only really used the normal wash function so I can't speak to the other settings. I really like the 3rd rack for utensils! My only complaint would be the racks seem a little flimsy, especially the bottom rack. It's very light when empty and doesn't roll smoothly in and out of the dishwasher. It works much better once there are dishes in it.

Lots of room!

Bought about a month ago, when our Bosh died after 9 years. Love the 3rd rack, didn’t even know I needed that or that something like that existed. All the different wash options are great, but I do wish that the energy saver cycle had the heated dry option available to select. It not that big of a deal, but it would have been nice.
I can’t get over all the room it has, I feel like it can hold way more dishes. Fingers crossed this dishwasher lasts a long time!

A Great Purchase

My old dishwasher broke down 2 weeks before Christmas which is not a time to be without a dishwasher in the house. I was busy with all the other preparation for Christmas so I was eager to purchase a new unit and have it installed as soon as possible. I went online and started researching the various brands and features to select the best one in my price point. My refrigerator is a Frigidaire and I am very satisfied with it. The Frigidaire dishwasher is very quiet, almost too quiet compared to my old one! I love that it has a stainless steel exterior and interior. As well, the third rack for utensils is very useful, a feature my old unit did not have. The BladeSpray arm rotates in two directions which reaches in every corner for a better clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Enjoying the features so far!

We installed this unit a week ago and are enjoying it so far. It is quiet, and most importantly does an excellent job washing the dishes we load into it. I especially like the third rack for cutlery. The only request I have is to include the dishwasher waterline kit with purchase. We had to buy this piece separately, and then had to go back to buy additional parts to make it long enough (bought a waterline that was 6' but needed 8').
