[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fact that it is new however, I do not see the need for such LONG wash cycles. Had I known this before I purchased, I may not have done so. I only use the rinse cycle and the energy saver because of this. 2 to 3 hours of running time seems very excessive to me. Also, I find the spacing and direction of loading quite confusing. The settings sit so far under counter that I cannot read them unless door is open. It does a wonderful job of cleaning and drying my dishes and that is the extent of my likes.

It’s definitely inconvenient when you weren’t expecting such long run times, especially if you find yourself needing to use only certain settings like the rinse or energy saver. The difficulty reading the settings due to the placement is also a valid concern, and I can imagine how that would add to the inconvenience. While it's great to hear that the cleaning and drying performance is living up to expectations, I can see how the other design and cycle issues are making the experience less enjoyable.

Problems with heat dry

Purchased a new dishwasher in November prior to having our kitchen remodeled. When we went to use it and put it on heat dry it does not seem to be working. When you open the door of old dishwasher you could barely touch the glasses and plates because they were so warm. We have to wipe about every dish we take out. Is that normal

Love my new dishwasher.
