I am very disappointed in my new dishwasher, I can only compare it to my old one which was 10 years old and a whirlpool. It was replaced for cosmetic factors only , The number one reason for my dissatisfaction is it does not dry ! even when I set it on sanitizer and high heat secondly you don’t know what cycle it is on while it is running and it does not indicate when it is over

The most quiet DW I have ever owned.

I have mixed feelings about the upper silverware drawer. It does provide for cleaner ware and is most handy for kids and large utensils. The silverware basket is a bit funky as the silverware has a tendency to pass right through and the handle gets in the way of closing. I will get the hang of it and the quiet and good clean overwhelmingly trumps the awkward silverware service.

Good washing and drying - difficult bottom rack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this dishwasher for about a month now. This dishwasher has exceeded my expectations in terms of washing and drying dishes. I replaced an older dishwasher that dried plastic fairly well and kept getting told “these new dishwashers just don’t have the power to dry plastic.” That’s not been the case at all! I use a rinse aid and this dishwasher dries plastic as well as or maybe better than the old dishwasher. While there is usually some water droplets left on my plastic items, it is not excessive at all. My parents also purchased a new dishwasher recently (different brand) and it is ridiculous how terrible it is when it comes to drying dishes. I’m extremely pleased with this Frigidaire overall. I’ve put in casserole dishes with baked-on gunk, my slow cooker basin, dirty bowls and plates - all come out clean every time.
I am also really enjoying the third rack! It’s really good for my son’s smaller cup parts as well as larger utensils.
My one and only complaint is that the bottom rack is a bit difficult. You must pull it out and push it in at the exact right angle, or it catches and won’t slide inside the dishwasher easily.
