Excellent Dishwasher

diswasher disapointment

For best cleaning results with full loads (depending on the soil level), we recommend using Normal or Heavy Wash cycles along with High Temp or Sanitize wash temperature and the Heat Dry. They don't make them like they used to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher cleans well enough, even though it takes 2 hours to do it. The problem I have is the design. The third rake is too small to hold cooking untencils. The door sits low because of the third rake and I bang my shin on it when stepping close to reach the silverware holder. The silverware holder is designed with huge spaces that the silverware falls through when loading. Lastly, the tines are all angled which limits how many dishes can be loaded and what direction they have to face. I frequently do dishes by hand now, so I don't have to mess with it.
