[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the upper rack for silverware. It frees up space below for larger items. Nice and quite. We can now watch a move after dinner without turning the sound way up. What a difference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a good purchase. All the cycles work well and it gets the dishes dry every time. The only 2 complaints so far is when loading the silverware in, it sometimes drops though the openings on the sides to the bottom. The other is the bottom rack sometimes rolls all the way out and it is aggravating to get back on track.

Very Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottom rack is not set up to hold dishes properly. It is a terrible design and no matter how I load it the dishes just fall all over each other. Are there alternate racks available to replace the worthless one that it came with? Also, the drying process only get dishes 90% dry. I have to towel most of the dishes off when removing them, which is completely inefficient and frustrating.

Love the features for the value, performance not so great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dishwasher from a big box store and installed it myself. It was easy enough to do, the directions are mostly straight forward and online how-to's helped. We utilize the 3rd top rack daily for baby bottle parts and it's great! It's the reason we purchased this model. A major downside has been the drying. Wash on surge with high heat and sanitize started at 180 minutes and the computer has increased that to 220 minutes since installation. I guess it senses completion times and recalibrates. Even with the increase, we open the drawers and almost all of the dishes are covered in water, not close to dry. I have a manufacturer repair rep coming to the house to diagnose. Another minor complaint is the cabinet braces, they snap off easily, and one bent prematurely. It has caused an alignment issue that I was able to shim to fix.

Plastic is not a great conductor of heat and it is normal to find some water droplets left on them after a dry cycle, but the majority of dishware should be dry and ready to be put away.
