[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We definitely like it and only had some trouble getting our dishes dry in the beginning. However, we changed the setting to heat wash and somehow that made a great difference.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us. We are happy to hear you were able to resolve the issue regarding the dishes not drying.
The heat dry option in combination with the rinse aid does enhance drying performance. The heat dry option is available on all cycles! -Bianca

I installed this dishwasher myself. Extremely easy and straightforward directions. The dishwasher itself is so quiet, not like the one I replaced. Love the features of the dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're loving our new dish washer. It's quiet, efficient, and leaves our dishes clean. The wash cycle is longer than expected, over 2 hours. I recommend using the rinse aid which you load in the door. It makes a dramatic difference in drying.

Thanks for the awesome feedback! We are happy to hear you are loving your Frigidaire dishwasher.
The cycle times do vary depending on the cycle selected. For optimum drying performance, we recommend using a rinse aid as it has proven to be helpful. Don't hesitate to let us know if you should need anything! -Bianca

Hi, Alyssa12345!
It's great to hear this dishwasher is serving you well! The third level rack is a great option for utensils, small kitchen gadgets, and other smaller items that may not fit well elsewhere. We hope you are also enjoying the EvenDry system and extra-quiet operation!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the upper rack for silverware. It frees up space below for larger items. Nice and quite. We can now watch a move after dinner without turning the sound way up. What a difference.

It's great to hear from you about your experience! We're glad you're making good use of the 3rd rack - its a great option for smaller items that may fit awkwardly in other places. Extra insulation also ensures this dishwasher runs super quietly so you can continue your day without interruptions! It sounds like this model was a great choice for you; thanks for your feedback!
