My new dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my Frigidaire. Took awhile to learn all it can do. The top shelf is great as I can fit more dishes and silverware in. I can wait longer before having to do a dish wash with a full load.

Great dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dishwasher after our current one stopped cleaning the dishes and the heating element broke. We needed to replace it quickly so we did limited research. We found this model advertised with a great sale, read reviews and ordered it without being able to see it. We are so pleased with this dishwasher! It is very quiet, offers many loading options for various dishes and cooking utensils. And with adding JetDry we can use the eco wash setting with air dry and the dishes still wash and dry amazingly. We would purchase this dishwasher again and recommend it.

Poor Performance

Does not dry dishes!

It does not Dey my dishes!
I expect plastic ware to be wet but this is extreme. We have to hand dry everything! What is the point of a dishwasher if you can’t dry the dishes. We have checked water temp and use a rinse aid as they suggest.
Very disappointing.

Not happy

I have had this dishwasher for 14 months and am on my 3rd repair call. My daughter has a Frigidaire ( different model) and she loves it. I guess I got a lemon. I’m totally disgusted.

Great but some drying difficulties(common to all new dishwashers)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I love the new dishwasher. Compares to my old Whirlpool one, this is way better. However drying is different. The older dishwashers had a heating coil in the bottom. This produces tremendous heat to dry plastic and silicone dishes. However this coil coul melt or damage them. The new dishwashers (all new dishwashers) don't have this. Without the coil dishwashers use less energy. However they do not dry as well. This dishwasher drys metal, glass, and ceramics fine, but you will need to hand dry plastic and silicone.
The size is way better. The 3 racks holds more dishes. Bowls are more difficult to put in but plates are easier. Utensils and silverware fit and are cleaned perfectly.
Finally it is quiet. The kitchen backs up to my bedroom, so running my old dishwasher always made lots of noise. Running it at night might disturb sleeping. This one is quiet. Sometimes I can't hear it running.
