Dependable Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher came with my new home. I’ve used it a few times and I’m highly impressed with how clean my dishes are-no spots left on my glasses. It’s so quiet I forget it’s in use.

Most quiet machine ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had for a month now, easy install. This is the most quiet machine that we have ever had. Love the 3rd rack, it really helps with the larger utensils. Everything comes out dry and clean as expected. Best dishwasher that we have ever owned! Highly recommend.

New dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It cleans well but I don’t like the finger prints or how small the inside is. I have trouble fitting my water bottles now!! My old dishwasher was bigger
Response from frigidaire.comBy Christy, Online Outreach Specialist, July 19, 2022
We certainly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback as we use this for the continuous improvement of our product. This dishwasher cleans really well and has the even dry feature for spot-free dishes. We love the third-level rack which is a great addition for silverware and cooking utensils. New appliances definitely take a little getting used to. We hope that you will enjoy it for years to come. ~ Christy

Less than 6 months old
on July 12, 2022

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is less than 6 months old and does NOT dry the dishes. It leaves pools of water on all the surfaces of the dishes.
Response from frigidaire.comBy Katrina, Online Outreach Specialist, July 16, 2022
Hi, Hbui! We appreciate your feedback and we’ll be happy to help! For the best drying results, ensure that you're using rinse aid, along with the heated-dry option of your dishwasher. The amount dispensed can be adjusted as per the instructions of the use and care on page 14. Also, cups with a concave bottom will collect water. Be sure to load them at the far left of the upper rack so that they are tilted. If you have any additional concerns, feel free to reach out to us directly via Live Chat or by phone, at 800-374-4432 Mon-Fri 8:30 am-8:00 pm EST. -Katrina

So Far So Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only run it through 3 cycles, so this review is premature, but I needed to complete it in order to enter the sweepstakes drawing. This machine is quiet and efficient, and does what a dishwasher is supposed to do - cleans dishes. I just hope I can get good mileage out of it.
