Unless you want to question your sanity every time you do the dishes, stay far away from this piece of garbage. I genuinely think this might be one of the worst designed products of all time. Not just kitchen appliances, all product designs ever. Period. I'm talking complete unawareness of your customer base and the end-use of the product. It is shockingly bad. It is evident that zero QA was done. I can fit maybe four plates on the bottom rack at best. The images they show are completely unrealistic. I've already broken multiple plates because of the negligent rack design. I have never had this issue with dishwashers in the past (I'm not a total fool, I promise). This is just shockingly bad design in every way possible. I get extremely frustrated every time I do the dishes solely because I have to use this dishwasher. That is a shocking feat to achieve for something that is intended to provide convenience.
Do better, Frigidaire. For this experience, I cannot in good faith recommend their products to anyone. I will never purchase another Frigidaire product. Just remarkable how badly they missed the mark on something so basic. I'm in disbelief typing this right now...

Doesn't dry very well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the design and features, but the newer "eco friendly" dishwashers just don't get the dishes dry. We've had a serviceman come out and the conclusion is the same. We don't like using chemical rinse agents on our dishes, and this seems to be required for the dishes to get dry according to the serviceman. GOve us back the old style machines that have a coil in the bottom!

Many newer dishwashers are designed with energy-efficient features that use less water and energy, which can affect the drying process compared to older models with exposed heating elements. While rinse aid is recommended in many dishwasher manuals because it helps reduce water spotting and improves drying performance, we understand your preference not to use additional products on your dishes.
For troubleshooting, we recommend checking the following:
• Make sure the dishwasher is loaded properly. Avoid nesting dishes and make sure items are angled so water can drain off easily.
• Use the Heated Dry option (if available on your model) to help improve drying results.
• Allow the dishwasher to complete the full cycle before opening the door. Opening the door immediately after the cycle ends may release moisture and reduce drying performance.
• For best drying results, unload the bottom rack first, then the top rack, to help prevent water from dripping onto already-dried dishes.
• Check that the dishwasher is filling with the correct amount of water and that the spray arms can rotate freely without being blocked by dishes.
• Clean the filters regularly, as buildup can affect wash performance and overall cycle results.
• Avoid overloading the dishwasher, as tightly packed items may prevent proper water circulation and drying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great but some of the cycles run 2 hours. Mostly use energy saver mode which is still 90 minutes. Does a good job of cleaning but when using energy saver the dishes still dont dry very well.
