Average wash, doesn't heat dry

It's beautiful to look at, but average in washing the dishes (about the same as my 15 yr old Lady Kenmore). The heat dry cycle is not as advertised. It just doesn't thoroughly dry. My stainless utensils had drops of water on them and the interior walls of the dishwasher itself was completely wet. We are really disappointed.

We're sorry to learn that the dishwasher didn't live up to your expectations. Although we put a lot of effort into producing high-quality products, there are times when things do not go as planned. Regarding your dishwasher not thoroughly drying, we would suggest using rinse aid in addition to the heated dry option because it will help improve drying, reduce water spots, and reduce water sheets off dishes rather than forming water droplets. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a lot of dishwashers in my life, and I will have to say that this is the best one by far. It actually does what it is advertised to do.
I can actually put dishes in without any rinsing, and they come out clea. When it is running you have to get within a foot of it to hear it running.
I highly recommend this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Generally good cleaning performance but I'm not used to the long cycles. The dishes still come out wetter than I think they should be in a normal wash with heated dry.

Bottom rack does not want to roll out nicely. Door has to be all the way dowm in order to get the rack out. Louder than our last dishwasher too.
