We love this dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After renovating our kitchen, our old dishwasher no longer worked. We found this model which matches our other Galaxy kitchen appliances perfectly. This dishwasher is very quiet. We have to check it to see if it's actually running. And it has done a wonderful job at cleaning the dishes whether fully loaded or not. In fact, I frequently use the "energy saver" option with excellent results. I especially like the upper pull-out tray. I use it for my good knives and for lids, etc.

Long washing process

I have chosen Frigidaire just because it’s a long past on kitchen appliances. This dishwasher works good only “heavy wash” which is more than 3 hours. Normal wash is also almost 3 hours and not washing good enough, even I rinse dishes before I load them. Not what I really wanted . The only thing I like is, it is really silent.

The normal wash cycle is around 3 hours, which is the norm. Don’t forget that pre-washing or rinsing dishes inhibits your detergent from working. Quiet but funky

Very quiet machine, albeit strange noises, buzzes and hums. Poorly designed silverware rack...pieces tend to fall out. Top rack not as usable as promised. Lastly, there is always a funky smell when opening. As other have mentioned, excruciatingly long wash times...

The dishwasher looks great and it cleans very well. The issue is that I cannot get the error code "i20" to go away. It has done it from the first wash and we just bought this machine a few weeks ago.

looks nice but, flimsy racks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my older dishwasher was a bosch, no comparison that was a tank. this is a tin can. door is flimsy with a lot of flex, racks are lightweight . Things are changing in the world and not for the better.
