[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of this dishwasher. Very clean and simple. It seems to clean just fine if you use good detergent. I like that the upper rack has room for big mugs on the side. There's also a 3rd flat rack on the top that's handy at times. What I don't like is that the metal racks are very lightweight and thin. The spikes to hold the dishes aren't really tall enough. And the racks don't want to slide in and out easily. I really don't like the utensil holder. The sides are so short that I often find the utensils get out outside of the rack and end up on the floor of the dishwasher. I hope I eventually get used to being more careful how I place them. I wish the utensil rack was on the door! I've seen that and it would be so much easier to put things in rather than having to open up the door fully and pull the bottom rack all the way out to get to the back part.

If I could give this dishwasher zero stars I would. I had it for approximately 1.5 years and to be frank, it sucks. The spokes on the inside racks are rusting and breaking off. Dishwasher detergent does not properly empty out of the soap dispenser. The worst problem is the mold. Everywhere. If I do not dry out my dishwasher as soon as it’s done, I get BLACK AND PINK MOLD in every crevice. Frigidaire has really gone down in quality over the years. I will never buy another Frigidaire product.

Thanks for taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention. Rusting on dishwasher racks can occur when the vinyl coating is nicked. Even if it's just a small hairline nick, the exposed metal surface will encourage the formation of rust and corrosion.
Regarding the detergent not emptying properly, please be sure to use fresh detergent and be sure the dish load doesn’t block the spray from entering the detergent cup.
Lastly, regarding the mold, we recommend opening the door at the end of the cycle and cleaning your unit every 3 months by using one of the following options. Option 1: run an empty cycle with the power plus or heavy cycle and sanitize option or option 2: pour 1 cup of white vinegar directly into the tub and run an empty cycle. (DO NOT add detergent)

Good Deal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Frigidaire dishwasher works great and very quietly. I love the third rack and the removeable silverware trays. My only issue is that it seems to stop with 20 minutes left on the timer about every third wash. The dishes are clean, but not always dry. It beeps until I clear the timer. I'm not sure what that means.
