Renters can be down right brain dead about appliances. This model is attractive, simple, and easy to clean and operate.

Once we familiarized ourselves with the features, especially the Energy Saver feature, the model runs more efficiently, resulting in less run time for the complete cycle.

Great minus the drying feature

Works well and quietly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced our 25 year old Kenmore. Installation was straight forward. After I finished, my wife was a bit surprised that when fully open, the door was only 5 inches off the floor. This could be a problem for anyone that has difficulty reaching down when loading/unloading the bottom rack. Compared to the old Kenmore, this Frigidaire seems almost silent! The first few times we had to keep checking to see if it was still running. We found that even though the special top rack worked will for cleaning our flat ware and cooking utensils, it was a little bit tedious loading the silverware into the slots. We've reverted to using the basket which worked equally well for us. We use a lot of bowls and getting them to fit in the racks takes some ingenuity. In the end, everything has come out clean and dry (the plastics still have a little water in the bigger crevices). So far we are very happy we made this purchase.
