[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Takes too long to wash on "normal" cycle (157 minutes). Does not dry all items when on "heat" cycle.

Hi, Joey5909!
Thanks for your feedback! The Normal cycle typically lasts between 135 and 195 minutes, depending on the options you choose and the detected soil level. A full chart of the available cycles and their approximate timeframes is listed on page 8 of your Owner's Manual! If you're having trouble getting out dry dishes, check out the tips from the following video: https://www.frigidaire.com/Owner-Center/How-to-Videos/Dishwasher/What-To-Do-If-Your-Dishes-Are-Not-Drying/ . I hope this information is helpful! If you have any further concerns, please reach out to us by Live Chat or by phone at 800-374-4432 Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 8:00pm EST at your convenience.
Best,
Ashton

Dishwasher Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher is quiet and I love the third level tray for cutlery. Only thing- sometimes I have to close the door 3x before it starts operating. What?

Won’t drain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dishwasher was delivered a month ago. Finally got it installed about 2 weeks ago and now it is throwing an error code and won’t drain. Extremely disappointed. Now I need to try to get it serviced to find out what is wrong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model is very quiet. You have to get close to hear any noise as it is working.
The dishes are coming out perfectly clean.

Pretty good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, it's good. The dishwasher runs very quietly, cleans dishes very well, and the styling looks great in our kitchen. Some minuses: the positioning of the tines on the lowest rack (which are not adjustable) prevents certain plates from fitting well, makes them prone to tipping over. Also, the silverware holder is too narrow. Drying is just okay, and the third rack never gets completely dry.
