[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved that it is very quiet and gets everything clean, but I found that the racks are very light and flimsy compared to my old Kitchen Aid model. The utensil basket is not deep enough for smaller spoons and forks, and they fall out. A bit annoying that when you close the door tight it assumes you are going to run the dishwasher with all the buttons lighting up and forces me to press cancel. I have to keep the door ajar as a result.

Four months in and would not recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so regretting this purchase and wish I had returned it within the time frame that I could have. All the reviews seem to be "incentivized" which is interesting. The racks are flimsy and go off track, particularly the bottom one, a lot. The silverware holder is also flimsy and doesn't sit right within the rack. But our main grief is with the tongs to hold the plates - they're not at all the right size for normal sized plates and our plates go rolling all over the place.
Measure the height before you buy because if you have a small kitchen, it might bump your other appliances since the door is tall - I guess to accommodate the third rack, which is kind of useless.

Frigidaire Dishwasher

This dishwasher hasn’t worked since we got it. I didn’t need to use it right away so I didn’t even realize it didn’t work properly, and now it’s too late to have it exchanged. We’ve called and can’t seem to get anyone at Frigidaire out to look at it.

So quiet! And I love having the third pulled out for silverware! The racks are very deep and you can put larger dishes inside without them hitting the water sprayer. Best dishwasher I have ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love having the third tray at the top of the unit that is designed for silverware and serving pieces. The crystal/china setting will be a great help around the holidays. No need to hand wash place settings before and after the meal.
