[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with our new Frigidaire dishwasher. The one main thing I think could be improved is the weight of the bottom rack. It seems a little flimsy, not very heavy guageed wire. It gets off track sometimes when you pull it out. Cleans very well and is SUPER quiet!

Thanks for your feedback! The Normal cycle typically lasts between 135 and 195 minutes, depending on the options you choose and the detected soil level. A full chart of the available cycles and their approximate timeframes is listed on page 8 of your Owner's Manual! If you're having trouble getting out dry dishes, check out the tips from the following video: https://www.frigidaire.com/Owner-Center/How-to-Videos/Dishwasher/What-To-Do-If-Your-Dishes-Are-Not-Drying/ . Won’t drain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dishwasher was delivered a month ago. Finally got it installed about 2 weeks ago and now it is throwing an error code and won’t drain. Extremely disappointed. Now I need to try to get it serviced to find out what is wrong.
