[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You have to struggle to even push the top rack in and all the dishes fall over!!! It also doesn’t seem to close all the way until you force it closed when you close the door!!! Very very unhappy with the dishwasher!’nn

Worse dishwasher ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned this defective dishwasher since July 2022. I have had this device serviced for the same issue twice. It has an error code i20. Both times they changed the control board and the problem persists. The only way to get the cycle to complete is to restart the unit and hope for the best.

Where’s the manual?

Why cant i find a manual for this product. I bought it and Frigidaire only provides installation instructions and a “use and care” booklet. This hardly covers what is needed to own and maintain the product.

at about 6 months old, the dishwasher started making a loud noise and displayed an error code. I called support and a tech came out and “repaired” it. Nearly 2 months later, I am waiting on the 4th service call. As a result, will NEVER purchase another Frigidaire or ElectroLux product.

ITS JUNK! DONT EVEN TAKE IT IF THEY PAY YOU FOR IT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] DO NOT GET THIS EVEN IF THEY PAY YOU TO HAVE IT!!!! had problems with it from the day it has been installed! They basically replaced every part except the body, racks and spray arms! It takes about 4 hours to wash dishes and they still might not be clean. I scrub them the best I can, but if you miss anything, it will still be on there! It doesn't fit a 14 inch fry pan without taking half of the lower rack! I am still having to refill jet dry every other wash, if you dont dishes have to be hand dried even with the Hot dry! Tablets do not dissolve unless you put on the bottom, even then sometimes I find it stuck to the filter! I also learned that cleaning the filters every 2 months is NOT enough. Smell was soo bad. Trying to get inside the filter to scrub is a joke! It has only been 6 weeks and I had black, green and grey moldy, slime! This is after I prescrub with dawn, load, wash dishes. Run the dishwasher cleaner tablets EVERY month! The filter got so bad! I thought it was the kids didnt rinse dishes while I was out of town, but they were spotless, but not ran through the dishwasher! It was the filters! I have had dishwashers for all my life! I have cleaned filters in them and there has NEVER been anything to clean but maybe 1 piece of food! NEVER MOLD! Makes me wonder if I'm making us sick by using the appliance! Guess I need to clean it weekly? I can NOT wait for this to quit so I can get one that I like. NEVER had such a worthless appliance and I'm stuck with it!!
