Especially the drying cycle which completely dries all dishes, unlike our prior Whirlpool that we had to hand dry the tops of the glasses/mugs where some water would puddle after wash/drying cycle. Also enjoying the top utensil rack, cleaned our steak knives and tongs that had barbecue sauce on them. Dishwasher is also very quiet!

My old one wasn’t cleaning them and I always had to check for good residue and practically clean them before I even put them in the dishwasher. No more!! Love my dishwasher and love knowing that my dishes are clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed in this dishwasher. Does not dry any of the items on the top rack. And the other items are only slightly dry.

Hello, Nicky51! Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We are sorry to learn that your dishwasher is not drying appropriately. Regarding the dishwasher not drying the dishes, make sure that air dry is not being selected, this will result in wet dishes. For optimum drying performance, using a rinse aid has proven to be helpful. Also try using the Hi-Temp Wash option on the model. During the hi-temp wash option, the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140F (60C) and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse. The increased water temperature helps the dishwasher detergent removes food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying. Hopefully, this helps. Clean wash
