Actually Does the Heavy Lifting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so happy with this dishwasher so far. I've intentionally put dried-on messes in it repeatedly to test it, and they come out sparkling! Forst dishwasher we have had that does that. Very quiet too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed! Bought a Frigidaire Professional Dishwasher 11 Year ago and all we had was problems. Needed to get a NEW one caused it just died; would not start. We purchased the same Professional Dishwasher and the quality is cheap. The baskets feel like plastic very cheap for the money we paid for it.

Works well and quietly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced our 25 year old Kenmore. Installation was straight forward. After I finished, my wife was a bit surprised that when fully open, the door was only 5 inches off the floor. This could be a problem for anyone that has difficulty reaching down when loading/unloading the bottom rack. Compared to the old Kenmore, this Frigidaire seems almost silent! The first few times we had to keep checking to see if it was still running. We found that even though the special top rack worked will for cleaning our flat ware and cooking utensils, it was a little bit tedious loading the silverware into the slots. We've reverted to using the basket which worked equally well for us. We use a lot of bowls and getting them to fit in the racks takes some ingenuity. In the end, everything has come out clean and dry (the plastics still have a little water in the bigger crevices). So far we are very happy we made this purchase.
