So much better than our Samsung!

I was excited…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] However, I was disappointed. It seems to wash the dishes well but the heat dry definitely does not work well. Top tray items are always wet and some of the other dishes.

If you're having trouble getting out dry dishes, please ensure your rinse aid is full and you have Heat Dry selected. High Temp and Sanitize cycles should also contribute to dryer dishes. Please keep in mind that plastic items are poor conductors of heat and may always need to be hand dried. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this dishwasher after doing quite a bit of research. It seemed to be a happy medium of quiet and effective cleaning without being too expensive. I have not been disappointed. It is very quiet, rated at 49db, but seems quieter than that to me. The dishes come out clean and dry. The racks are easily adjustable, and I use the third rack much more often than I expected. I would recommend to a friend.

Love my new dishwasher! It's so quite you can't tell it's running!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is so appreciated. We use lots of plastic cups and our old dishwasher never got them dry. Not a problem with this one thank goodness. The slide out for the cutlery is awesome, we just put like items together and putting them away is effortless. No more switching back and forth to put them in the drawer.
The controls are easy to figure out and the absolute best thing is that it is quiet. We have a small home and the living room is right around the corner from the kitchen and with our old dishwasher we could not run it without turning the volume way up to hear our shows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher works well enough however it frequently has the i20 error. Every 3rd wash or so the error is shown. I haven't had an opportunity to troubleshoot but seems pretty early stages for an error. The washer is approx 6 months old. Family of four so we use it at least 3x per week.

Be sure to check that the drain hose isn’t restricted and is at the correct height of 32" above the floor. You may reset the breaker to clear the code as well.
