[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love, love, love this dishwasher! The configuration for loading is the best we've ever had. Lots of room for bowls and plates on the bottom. And the third rack is wonderful. I read reviews saying it doesn't dry. We use a rinse aid and it have no problem with drying. In fact, it dries better than any other dishwasher I've used. No more puddles in the bottom of mugs or glasses. It's quiet; it cleans beautifully. I couldn't be happier.

So much better than our Samsung!

I was excited…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] However, I was disappointed. It seems to wash the dishes well but the heat dry definitely does not work well. Top tray items are always wet and some of the other dishes.

If you're having trouble getting out dry dishes, please ensure your rinse aid is full and you have Heat Dry selected. High Temp and Sanitize cycles should also contribute to dryer dishes. Please keep in mind that plastic items are poor conductors of heat and may always need to be hand dried. Very Satisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this dishwasher after doing quite a bit of research. It seemed to be a happy medium of quiet and effective cleaning without being too expensive. I have not been disappointed. It is very quiet, rated at 49db, but seems quieter than that to me. The dishes come out clean and dry. The racks are easily adjustable, and I use the third rack much more often than I expected. I would recommend to a friend.
