Great Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher was relatively easy to install. It functions exactly like the description stated. It looks very nice in our kitchen. I love the 3rd shelf. This is a new feature to us.

Really Decent Disheasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This really is a great dishwasher. Having been through several due to heavy usage we were excited to give this dishwasher a chance.
Pros: third rack, stainless steel drum, a variety of settings, fairly easy installation, looks great in the kitchen, and dishes get clean without pre-rinse.
Cons: did not know I would need to supply the cord, the racks do not move in out as smoothly as other dishwashers, the silverware tray on the bottom rack seems like an after thought as it doesn't attach to the rack and can prevent the tray from rolling in if it's too close to the wall; it really is a horrible design and a real disappointment when you compare it to the rest of the dishwasher. We actually found it so useless we just ended up removing it all together.
All in all, a really good dishwasher.

Works well but is not quiet

There’s good and bad aspects of this dishwasher. Everything always comes out clean and very dry - even plastics. I love having the third rack. It expands the capacity of what can go in. My biggest complaint though is the noise. It is not quiet. To the point of having a hard time hearing the TV

MIXED FEELINGS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The silverware baskets are poorly designed -- utensils get caught or fall through and are difficult to empty easily. Love the 3rd tier for large knives and other utensils. Despite using rinse agent, plastics retain a lot of water and must be removed to air dry. The dishwasher does a good job of cleaning over all.

Washes Well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have only had for a month but seems to wash well. We have only used Energy Saver mode. I wish it had quick wash like my old Kenmore. I also wish the racks slid easily. I feel like I'm always fighting with sticky sliding. The bottom rack will get stuck and then come off track. My old dishwasher was very smooth and quick to move back and forth. Bottom rack is way down low. It's a bit of a back breaker for tall people. I noticed this immediately compared to my old dishwasher. Maybe it's lower because I have the special top utensil tray (3 racks). I didn't realize that. I would definitely give up that special top rack to have the bottom one up a little higher for less bending down.
