Frigidaire 24" Built-In Dishwasher with EvenDry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher is very quiet and cleans the dishes nicely. The only complaint is that no matter what cycle I use, the dishes do not come out dry. I have to wipe the dishes dry. The manual says to have dry dishes my hot water heater should be set at 120 degrees. I do not want my hot water to be that hot, so I will have to hand dry my dishes.

Won't Run a Complete Cycle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Might be a nice unit, but after 20+ tries, it still hasn't run a complete cycle yet .Bought and installed it on January 9. It has NEVER run a complete cycle. It gives an error message (i20) repeatedly. I have routed the drain hose in all combinations (high, low, into a bucket where the drain hose is always lower than the dishwasher) all to no avail. The i20 code persists. This code apparently is to indicate that the drain hose is blocked, but the dishwasher drains completely and then repeatedly continues to try to empty itself even though it is quite empty. If I open the washer and pour a quart of water in the bottom, it drains that water and continues to think it is not empty and ultimately hangs up again with the i20 code. I have owned 5 dishwashers in my life, all of them Whirlpools that performed flawlessly for years. When my 10-year-old Whirlpool was getting tired, I decided to try Frigidaire, since it is purportedly a quality brand with a good reputation. So far, I am quite disappointed with my purchase, If this is not quickly resolved, I will return this one to Lowes and likely get another Whirlpool. Caveat Emptor!
