This Dishwasher is Horrible

There is nothing good about this dishwasher. It's complete garbage. 205 minutes for a heavy cycle?? The utensil holder has so many holes and openings, I constantly miss and drop utensils. The 3rd upper rack is useless. And the overall layout/spacing rack is terrible. Dishes still come out filthy after a heavy wash!! The inside is garbage quality. I only have it a few months, and want to throw the entire unit out.

Thank you for your feedback. It is disheartening to hear that you are so unhappy with your purchase. We understand that 205 minutes sounds like an excessive amount of time, however, the average time for a heavy cycle across all brands of dishwashers is between 2 1/2 & 4 hours. There are a few tips & tricks that could help alleviate your concerns about the layout & the cleanliness of your dishes at the end of the cycles.
The water pressure may be too low causing dishes to remain dirty after a cycle along with the temperature of the water coming into the unit not being hot enough. It is recommended that the pressure be between 20-120 pounds per square inch (psi) and the water be at least 120*F. To ensure the water coming into the unit is at the correct temperature, allow the water in the sink nearest the dishwasher to run before starting the cycle.

Very quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our GE dishwasher with this one. It super quiet, we love the third rack, aside from plastic, the dishes always come out dry. The shelves, particularly the bottom shelf, feel kind of flimsy. That's really our only gripe, overall we really enjoy it.

Love this Dishwasher!!

It operates so quietly that you can run it even while being in the same room without distraction. The third shelf is great for those smaller plastic lids that otherwise find their way to the bottom of other dishwashers.The stainless steel interior looks so modern too.

Just ok quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Started having problems with the start button not responding sporadically just months after purchase and dishes were not getting clean. I did find that by using Finish Quantum tabs and Great Value rinseaid my dishes come out sparkling. Cascade did not work for me. It caused foaming in my dishwasher. I have not yet tried to contact customer support about the start pad problem.

Regarding your control panel, the control panel is a capacitive touch panel similar to your smartphone or tablet. The control panel uses the conductive touch of a human finger. Input to resistive touch screens works through pressure resulting in two conductive layers being pressed together. If your fingers are wet or sticky this may make the controls a bit difficult.
