[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's very quiet and looks really nice. However, the upper rack has no ridges or other way to prevent glasses from sliding around. I've never experienced this with any other dishwasher. The design of the bottom rack is bad. Also, dishes and glasses come out less clean than any previous dishwasher I've used.

The most common reasons that it is not cleaning properly are a blocked spray arm, a clogged spray arm, an overloaded dishwasher, a dishwasher not loaded correctly, or the water pressure in the dishwasher being too low.
Clean your dishwasher by:
Option 1: Run an empty cycle with the PowerPlus or Heavy Cycle and Santize Option.
Option 2: Pour 1 cup of white vinegar directly into the tub and run an empty cycle. (Do not add detergent.)

Quietest

Our new home build and old dishwasher was build in with the house. Apparently the builder purchased mass marketing from manufacture and everything was very cheap made. It was so loud and very basic. Design of the home is studio style living room and kitchen together and dishwasher is sit on the middle of the room. Bad design home with cheap dishwasher. It was so loud and we have to make sure new purchase will be quite one. This do it. and Stainless steel is no shiny glossy surface, no finger print at all
