Very Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottom rack is not set up to hold dishes properly. It is a terrible design and no matter how I load it the dishes just fall all over each other. Are there alternate racks available to replace the worthless one that it came with? Also, the drying process only get dishes 90% dry. I have to towel most of the dishes off when removing them, which is completely inefficient and frustrating.

There are some tips in the following video that may help you get a better dry performance: https://www.frigidaire.com/Owner-Center/How-to-Videos/Dishwasher/What-To-Do-If-Your-Dishes-Are-Not-Drying/. As far as the racks go, there are some additional instructions and recommended loading patterns beginning on page 9 of your Owner's Manual. This information should help you arrange your dishware so it all sits properly! Great Dishwasher

Nice unit!

So Far, so good

A couple areas for improvement: It would be great if the drawers rolled a bit smoother and the interior framework dried more fully after a wash to over time avoid potential rust issues.

Worst item ever purchased.

The dishwasher was damaged at the factory. When I asked for a replacement or my money back I was treated like it was my fault. I've been trying to get a replacement for a month now. Don't buy this product and I would definitely do research before you buy anything they make

Love my dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love everything except the silverware basket. Has holes on sides and silverware falls thru often. Also it is on the opposite side from my sink, i would prefer it be toward the front, but it is not set up for you to move it.

new dishwasher

Purchased as a replacement for a GE Profile (6 yrs old w/ dead motherboard-ugh). The components (racks, rollers, water arm) are flimsy. The utensil basket is not designed well, thus utensils repeatedly fall through the openings along the backside. On heated dry setting, plastic does not dry at all. So far, not a fan.

We love this dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After renovating our kitchen, our old dishwasher no longer worked. We found this model which matches our other Galaxy kitchen appliances perfectly. This dishwasher is very quiet. We have to check it to see if it's actually running. And it has done a wonderful job at cleaning the dishes whether fully loaded or not. In fact, I frequently use the "energy saver" option with excellent results. I especially like the upper pull-out tray. I use it for my good knives and for lids, etc.
