[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is less than 6 months old and does NOT dry the dishes. It leaves pools of water on all the surfaces of the dishes.

Hi, Hbui! We appreciate your feedback and we’ll be happy to help! For the best drying results, ensure that you're using rinse aid, along with the heated-dry option of your dishwasher. The amount dispensed can be adjusted as per the instructions of the use and care on page 14. Also, cups with a concave bottom will collect water. Be sure to load them at the far left of the upper rack so that they are tilted. New dishwasher

Most quiet machine ever

Love the 3rd rack, it really helps with the larger utensils. Everything comes out dry and clean as expected. Best dishwasher that we have ever owned! Highly recommend.
