[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love that it has 3 racks…the top rack is awesome, as it is a tray that separates your utensils. The 2nd rack holds glasses, mugs and smaller bowls. It allows a lot of room for larger mugs. The bottom rack holds plates, bowls, utensils, casserole dishes and pans. Overall this is a wonderful dishwasher. However, when we first installed it, it wasn’t cleaning the dishes well. We’re not sure why, but now it’s been absolutely fantastic. Maybe it just had to work the kinks out? Not sure. But it’s been great since.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the silverware rack- they come out spotless and dry. Three racks actually hold more dirty dishes than my old Whirlpool. This machine is quiet and the stainless steel interior makes a difference on getting everything dry
