[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You have to struggle to even push the top rack in and all the dishes fall over!!! It also doesn’t seem to close all the way until you force it closed when you close the door!!! Very very unhappy with the dishwasher!’nn

Quiet and High Perfomance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We know by the listed decibel level that this dishwasher would be quiet but it’s very difficult to detect it’s running while you’re in its vicinity. Also it does not cause LED lights to dull during cycle changes. It must be very energy efficient. It performs well leaving our dishes, glasses and utensils clean without streaks. I read drying is it’s weak point. We open the door for better air drying and we’ll start using a drying agent as recommended. Our negative is not on the machine but our own forgetfulness to empty the top 3rd shelf. Our larger utensils and cooking spoons usually get a 2nd wash because of this. We’ll get used to it. We are so far, very pleased

Quiet & Cleans well

We are pleased with the dishwasher.
We love the 3rd top rack.
The issues we have seen to this point:
*The plastic pieces that hold wine glass stems seems like it will break rather easily.
*The even dry system works well for all items that are not plastic.
We added rinse aid to see if it helped.
It did not seem to help with plastic bowls, lids etc.
(The other dishes are all dry but it is aggravating to pull out a plastic bowl that is still wet on top and the water falls on the dry dishes.)
Over all we are pleased with this item.
